"The technician rinsed filters and cleaned the AC unit. He checked a part on the unit with a meter which indicated that the part powering the fan (Run Cap?)was receiving only half the required energy needed to operate properly, meaning the part was failing and needed replaced ( the part was covered by the warranty because we have a maintenance agreement) So happy Eric knows his job and is good at diagnostics. He retrieved and installed the new part. Crisis averted thanks to Eric H!!"

"We have used Vaughan for several years for regular maintenance of our heater and air conditioner units.  We usually take advantage of their pre-season service specials which are extremely reasonable.  They are a pleasure to deal with from their technicians (all have been good, but we especially like Dave) to their office staff.  It is easy to schedule an appointment (they give a 4-hour window, but can usually narrow that down on the day of service).  Technicians arrive on time, explain things thoroughly, and keep things clean.  Very competent and very honest company.  Nice clean trucks too.  I highly recommend!

Before he left he went over things I could do to get better performance from my heater. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to pressure me into picking something. He emailed me (while in the truck) options and also explained different ways to pay for it. He noticed the oxygen in my home. My husband had CHF and COPD so I was specifically interested in the ways I can help his breathing better. I believe in todayâ s environment itâ s difficult for companies to get really good employees.
