"The installers were the utmost professionals. Prior to doing the installation, they explained what they were going to do and got our buy-off. They wanted to make sure that everything that we had asked for was what they planned to install. They did an excellent job of minimizing creating a mess and of cleaning up afterwards. They truely wanted to make sure that we were happy with their quality of work and with their speed. The office had told us that it would most likely take 2 days to complete the work. The installation team decided that we had waited long enough for the material and did not wat us to have to wait any longer than needed. So, they stayed until they were able to complete both the Shower and floor installation. The results were beyond our wildest dreams! Although it took a long time for the material to arrive, 4 months, the final results made the wait so very worth while! "I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. In fact, they let me use it for three full days before I had to reach out to ask how to pay them! 🤯 I was thinking it was impossible to find a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customer’s experience anymore and every contractor only cared about rushing to collect a half down check to not show back up.
