"EXCELLENT SERVICE BY BRAD I discovered a small leak comingl from my pipes leading to my Reverse Osmosis. I called Ben Franklin around 4pm and was guaranteed a technician would come over. Brad called to say he would be over a little after 8pm if that was okay. He was so thoughtful of the time since he was coming from other jobs. When he came over he assessed the leak source and repaired it. To make sure it was okay, we agreed to run the regen. Brad was kind enough to put the salts in my RO. Upon running the system, a new leak occurred. Brad gave me options both of which were a little too costly. Brad offered to clean out the part that was leaking and sealed it with more dope and sealant. He saved me a lot more money doing it that way and when he ran the regen, the system worked without leak! I will have to purchase a new RO at some point but for now, with funds so tight, he helped me get through this problem especially since it was a weekend I was going to be away. Bradâ s compassion and kindness along with his knowledge and professionalism makes him an OUTSTANDING employee for Benjamin Franklin. I will continue doing business with Ben Franklin because of employees like Brad!"

"I talked with Scott on the phone and got a price. I called back later to schedule the work and they were able to install when I wanted. Showed up in the middle of my time window. Scott did a great job getting thing done quickly, safely and professionally. They only offered one water heater. I was wanting a better option, than the standard heater but that's all he offered. I could've paid more for a longer warranty on it but that's the same heater, not built any better. Very happy with the work they did."

Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. Because of the expedient service of the plumbing company, we had hot water on that day!!! We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others."

I was so impressed by them that, in spite of the price being a bit higher than the other companies that came out,I hired them on the spot. Due to the bizarre way my water heater is installed, the job ended up taking about 6 hours longer than we expected and I was pleasantly surprised that Dylan, the service technician, was surprised that I expected to be charged more. He told me that they honor the quoted price whether it takes 2 hours or 2 days. He and Anthony, who was in the office, went out of their way to make what was shaping up to be a disaster (I literally had water pouring out around the front panel) into a pleasant experience.
