"Landesign hit it out of the park. Laura Rogers listened well to sometimes conflicting input from my wife and myself and brought a professional design plan that excited both of us. Much to her credit she did not go screaming into he woods when we changed the plan multiple times, rather she rolled with the changes and made them seamless, even changes that occurred while the work was going on. We wanted a lot of native plantings and Laura did a creative job of researching and locating exactly the right things. The install team supervised by Shawn and led by Javier represented some of the best tradesmen on the entire house build, again multiple changes were always met with a smile and "No problem!" from Javier. Our house sits 200 ft on a bluff over the river so hardscape and landscape construction was "challenging" near the edge, again "no problem!" Problems ALWAYS arise on any job, George clearly runs a business that treats them in stride and everyone on his team deals with them instantly, professionally and throughly. I have owned construction companies including landscaping/hardscaping businesses and frankly George's business is one of the best ones I have seen with top notch people, equipment and processes (he has the best change order process I have ever worked with - simple and accurate) to execute well. I have full confidence in them and WILL use them again. "It was a great experience. We were just thinking we would get a pool and the rest of the yard would look the same. However, Doug Fender and his colleagues didn't just build a pool. They had a plan to beautify our yard that surrounds the pool. We are so pleased with the results of the landscaping plan and the pool. The pool has been a great asset for our family and home. We have had no problems with the pool what so ever. It was a very quality job at a reasonable price. "This is the third time I have used St. Charles Home Improvements and I will continue to do so.  There was a hail storm producing golf ball sized hail at my home and left big dibits all over my roof and gutters.  Matt was at my house the next day to assess the damage.  He contacted my insurance company and set up a time to come back out to my house and meet with the assessor and actually went through all of the damage with him and acted on my behalf.  He got me the most money possible from my insurance company and then replaced the shingles and gutters within a week of the storm.  The roof and gutters look amazing and I could not have asked for a better outcome or finished product.  He then faxed in all of the paperwork to my insurance company so that I would receive an additional check for making the repairs.  I really didn't have to do anything at all, Matt took care of everything! He has also done work for my father and brother as well and they could not be happier with his service.  I highly recommend Matt and his crew at St. Charles Home Improvements. <br />"
