Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Universal City, TX

"I used Air Systems to replace a 20 year old heat pump. From the start of diagnosing the old unit, to getting a quote (no pressure tactics), to the actual replacement, everything went smoothly. Carlos and the team were fantastic. Carlos spent 10+ minutes with me on the phone at the beginning of my replacement inquiry just answering question after question and did not pressure me at all. The quote was a good price but more importantly, the team did a fantastic job on the installation. The day of the installation, they removed the old unit, installed the new unit, cleaned up and stayed for an hour to make sure the unit was functioning properly. They even assisted with installing additional plywood in my attic. The entire job was done in about 5-6 hours. The team even submits the CPS AC replacement rebate for you. This team will be my go-to for any HVAC related problems in the future and at some point, I will need to replace my other heat pump. They will be the only place I contact to do that."

"Our 80 year old home presents many challenges, but Will and Austin figured out how to remove our old lime filled water heater and install a new one. They had a solution to each problem they encountered. We could not have been more pleased with their work or their attitude during the installation."

"All went as planned and my tenants are happy with the new water heater.  I have used Parker and Sons several times this year. While I sometimes think the price is a little on the high side, it is worth paying for a service I can trust.  They are very responsive and can provide almost any plumbing services, including main sewer line.

"It was awesome. Used them several times including tankless water heater."

"The installers set the water temperature of our new water heater way too low. When we called about not having enough hot water a supervisor came out the next day, determined that the problem was the thermastat, reset it and everything is now working satisfactorly."

"Did the repair in a timely manner. Water was not off for too long."

"This guy was extremely nice. He was very helpful. He came in and took care of the water heater pretty quickly. He gave me some pointers on how to keep the water heater better. He cleaned up after himself, something that a previous company never did. He was courteous and treated me with respect. I would recommend him to other people."

"Great experience. Carlos contacted me after I requested professional help on repairing/replacing my HW heater. He checked all the valves and other plumbing systems and on top of that, was the lowest bidder. A pleasure to work with him and his firm."

"They cleaned our dryer vent and removed a blockage that was causing a dryer part to fail twice after replacing. Very quick and tech Corey Y. was very professional and knowledgeable and told us not to use dryer sheets to prevent the chemical buildu and lint sticking to our pvc pipes. Called back same day after having an appointment for an estimate to see if they would be able to clean the same day instead of making a new appointment. The girl said yes and then gave a $200 quick quote before hanging up and apparently canceling the estimate and the tech told me once they quote you he can't change it. So I was hoping the price was going to be cheaper and told how much prior to asking for credit card since it didn't take long and wasn't complicated...no it was $200 for a service others charge $89.99 but couldn't get out here until next week and we had laundry piling up. So a price I paid to get it done but didn't like the price. Don't accept a price over the phone! Otherwise it was a good experience and would highly recommend them for other services. The customer service rating isn't for the tech but the girl who answered the phone. Tech Customer Service is 5 Stars."

"Excellent response time, high quality Water heater and all new hoses, fittings, expansion tank, pan and drain valve. Competitive pricing in current marketplace. Fast installation, complete cleanup and removal of old tank. Can't ask for more."
