"Yes! The contractor did a superb job installing my new hot water heater. I would definitely hire them for future repairs or. installations."

"Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

"I had to replace a water heater quickly. Gave me a competitive quote with a water heater with desirable specs within a day and scheduled me the day after. Technician was knowledgeable and efficiently performed the work. Water heater performs just fine. Cleaned up workspace and took a few mins to walk through water heater and maintenance after."

"GREAT JOB, HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. NICE N FRIEDLY PERSONONALITY. REMOVED N REPLACED EVERYTHING HISSELF, WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AGAIN"

"While the issue was improved and water flowed more quickly down the tub drain, the problem was not completely solved. I was told the plumber would wear gloves and shoe covers. He did neither. Further, I went to check on him at one point in the house and he had his mask down during the COVID pandemic. It was $349 to snake the drain 25 feet (note it's $49 just to have them come out). Upon inspection of other issues in the house, they suggested I replace a toilet bowl at a parts + labor cost of $750-$950 depending on the bowl I selected. The plumber engaged in a debate about my desire to get a second opinion. In general, I found their pricing to be high and unmatched to the service."

"I didn't have a working toilet upstairs. I called Star Plumbing early this morning. Mr. Tijani answered and said he would work me into his schedule and would arrive around 9 AM. Even with such a short notice, he showed up on time. He repaired my toilet. I am very pleased with Mr. Tijani's professionalism and service."

"The installer did a perfect job made no mess and was very professional and courteous."

"The technician from Prime Plumbing did a superb job of replacing copper water lines on my yacht. He arrived promptly and was VERY professional! He took the time to analyze the issues, offered an in-depth explanation of the job scope and noted safety features like backflow preventers now available, since she is an older yacht. The technician had to work in a tight space as well. Very methodical, careful, and thorough. Our water system works like NEW again! I would highly recommend Prime Plumbing for any plumbing repairs at our home or yacht!"
