"Had a 15 year old gas tankless water heater that wasn't firing up. Other guy was telling me it needed to be replaced and was looking at 4,000 dollar bill. Called A & C and Chris found it was a flue issue and fixed the leak. Haven't had a problem since. Very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend these guys"

"Hello, I am requesting assistance from a licensed plumber/gas fitter for gas service restoration at my property: 1239 Maple Ave. Baltimore, MD 21227 BGE has determined that the prior gas service was abandoned and is now processing the project as a new gas service line and exterior meter installation. BGE will be meeting me on-site on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM to review and approve the proposed exterior meter location. I need a licensed plumber/gas fitter who can either attend that BGE site visit or come immediately afterward to evaluate the work required on the customer side of the gas system.
