I had a couple of communication challenges with the project manager, but the John the owner quickly jumped in and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. It is obvious John takes great pride in the professionalism and quality of work produced by his workers. I suspect the project manager was having an off week because he has received several other glowing reviews from others. The final quality of work met my expectations and I would certainly hire them again or recommend them to others."

"Artisan Pools did a large pool in our backyard. The process was smooth and easy. Chip and Dave were very attentive and professional. Our pool was simple and geometric in shape, but it’s a showpiece that’s talked about by everyone that visits the house. We decided to go with a decided to go with a rectangular pool, one end having a small sunshelf with tiered stairs and the other having an L- shaped bench cutout. Artisan also installed a paver patio, palm trees, and artificial turf around the pool. We are so pleased that we went with them. One thing that probably goes unnoticed when you are building a pool (but I am very thankful for it now that I have more experience) is the quality of materials used in our construction. I have many friends that have pools so of course we compare notes. I will say that our filter/pump/lighting/etc. are all second to none. Those friends are always impressed with our equipment compared to theirs. Many have even told us that they wish they had gone with our company. We looked at 5 different pool companies and got quotes from 3. Artisan was in the middle of those quotes (all were within 10% of each other). I just say this to let you know that you may find a slightly cheaper pool, but you will also get just that…. A cheaper pool. We couldn’t be happier with both the process and the finished product we got from Artisan. We would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Justin from Growing green was very helpful with suggestions on what to be done with my erosion problems. They came in and added soil and graded the yard to prevent the erosion problems when they were finished that he also air-raided and seeded the yard. It now looks great and the problems have been solved. Highly recommend very professional!"

The crew was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered results that exceeded our expectations. For example, we mentioned that the area behind our garage frequently got muddy but we weren't ready to commit to installing sod in the area. They suggested mulch and it has worked so well these past few months and looks wonderful! Plus our dog rarely tracks mud into the house now. Our project was overseen by Jack and Martin who were fantastic and communicated with us throughout. The workmanship is flawless, and the attention to detail shows in every corner of the space. "Northlake Landscaping Review I had Marcus and Oscar, replace all of my landscaping in front of my house as well as a rock drainage ditch down my driveway. They removed all of my old bushes, put down weed preventing fabric, installed 27 new plants with additional new soil, redid my irrigation drip line for all of the plants, ran new wire for future lights and tapped into the existing wire and covered all of the area with beautifully river rock. They were extremely fast, courteous, friendly and cleaned everything up as they were never there. Hard to find this kind of customer service any more but they will not disappoint."
