He came out to examine the problem so he could give me a realistic quote, even though he was at the end of his day, and then came back the next day to fix it. He explained exactly what he needed to do and why it would cost what it cost, and the whole job went smoothly and quickly. He cleared out the drains, installed new pipework where the old was disintegrating, fixed the water flow problem in my sink, and cleaned everything up meticulously.
