He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions.
