He was more than willing to do more but, at the time, I didn't need anything else done. After Kevin left, I realized that the fixture was slightly crooked. When I called the company to get it fixed, they were very responsive and arranged for Kevin to come out when it was convenient for me. Kevin did come back and straighten out the fixture."

"Furnace, located in an unheated basement,  went out on a Sunday with an expected overnight low below zero.  Tech was at my house within 2 hours of call, and repair was completed within 90 minutes.  There didn't appear to be any extra charge for a Sunday emergency call, and my $25 coupon from Angie's list was honored, although I thought it might not be because of the Sunday service.

"These guys were amazing. They were the first ones to call after I submitted a request on Angie's List, and they came out the same afternoon. They did everything they could to keep the price of the repair down, including calling the furnace manufacturer to see if some of the parts were covered by warranty. Then they were willing to work with me when it ended up costing a bit more than I expected (something that was out of their control.) They lent me a few heaters to put in my kids' rooms overnight since the parts place had closed for the day by the time they knew what they needed. The level of care I received from this company was incredible - not something I expected at all. I'm really happy to have worked with them, and I most definitely will be giving them my business in the future!"
