"Called ASAP. Service was scheduled very quickly. Technician showed up on time and was ver y courteous. Very professional and quick work. One guy serviced the gas furnace while another worked on broken pipes. I could not be happier with their service."

" Jerry came out to do the estimate. Observed that we had the proper gas line and electrical service. He warned us that the job would take 7 or 8 hours and that they would start at about 10:00 AM.  Provided an estimate within a couple of days.   He quoted 2 devices, one that was about a thousand dollars more, but is more efficient.  He did not try to up sell to the more expensive unit, but just brought it to our attention.  After reviewing our gas bills, it was clear that the more efficient unit would never pay for itself.  I Called the office and accepted the proposal.  We scheduled the install a couple of weeks later.  <br /> Installer showed up on time.  An assistant came by later.  The installer was capable and friendly.  He spent the day dismantling the old water tank, mounting the new heater on the wall and moving the gas and electric service to the new location.  At about 8PM the system was up and running and working perfectly.  They removed the old water heater. <br /> <br /> The system has been in and working for 2 weeks. <br /> <br /> Thank you Temp-Rite. <br />"

"I had my 10'x20' patio taken out and installed (concrete) but before I could do it I had to move the A/C and then have it put back once the patio was complete. I thought I could just pick it up and move it over a couple of feet. That wasn't going to work after I realized that the refrigerant lines entering the A/C were solid piping and stiff, no play to move around. I called Best Choice and they gave me an estimate. I thought the price was crazy but after talking to my coworkers and a couple of other A/C places they were right in line. They were late on the removal of it, meaning the concrete contractors had to wait but that was miscommunication. They came out and removed it and then came back two days later to reinstall it. "Bo" put the unit back in. I tried to give him a $20 tip but he wouldn't take it. He could have taken it and I would have thought the same about him, he is a great employee at Best Choice Plumbing and I will hire them again. I hired them 1.5 years ago and was happy with them then also."

"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
