This included cutting foundation for full size windows, putting in a new zone for heating and cooling system, and all the plumbing and electrical work needed. "I really cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kinsella! For starters, we had gone through NINETEEN other contractors before we found Kinsella. Many said the job was too big or too small, but a half dozen of them said they could/would do the job, and then totally ghosted during the quoting process. The work they did was so perfect, it looks like there was never a wall there. The way they explained the structural changes and even pointed out (and corrected!) some issues with the original build of our home made us so confident in the work they were doing. Even the inspectors were very complimentary. Our contractor communicated excellently through every step. The owner of the group was in constant contact. From day 1, they made it so clear how much they cared and how seriously they took the job. I really can't say enough good things about them."
