"Mack and Aaron were both EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgable, professional, polite and concerned about cleaniness (and we appreciated all those postive characteristics!). Really excellent professionals who serviced our furnance and installed a new thermostat that is really nice. We cannot recommend Schaal highly enough and Mack and Aarson were really, really good to work with. If you are seeing this and considering an HVAC company, there is no other choice than Schaal! "My experience with Roto Rooter was first rate. I posted my problem on HomeAdvisor and they contacted me promptly and gave me a couple options - repair or replacement of my water heater. I chose to replace it and Jim was able to locate a good replacement for me and get me scheduled the next day. The Plumbers arrived promptly and had my water heater replaced in about an hour. "Paul did a great job. I had a more complicated water softener I purchased online that Paul had not installed before, but he installed it successfully along with a sediment filter. He took away my older softener and salt tank. Paul was friendly and quick to respond to my request for a quote. He completed the work in just a few hours, and charged me what he quoted me. I am please with the work and would recommend him others."
