"Before I called Valley Plumbing I called around to 5-6 other local shops and they were the only company able to come out the same day and also about $200 cheaper than anyone else I talked to. Eddie showed up on time to evaluate my water heater and offer me options including fixing it so it would work for a bit longer or just replacing the unit and the pros and cons of each and the price. Since I knew the unit was old I opted to just replace it so I did not have to worry about it later. Eddie was very professional and explained the entire process to me including exactly what I was paying for and the work performed needed to be completed and cleaned up very well after himself when the job was complete. Also their website had a $50 off coupon that I was not able to download and he was able to apply it to the work he did to save me a bit more money. Overall I was happy to be able to take a warm shower the same day I realized my water heater was not working and that alone was worth what I ended up paying for the replacement. <br />"
