"We had a problem with our dryer and called them. They responded quick and made the service call and we were able to use the dryer while the parts were ordered. Parts arrived in a couple of days they scheduled the repair and everything was fixed quick. Total time was less than 5 days and tht included a weekend. Great service and staff were great also. He agreed the hinge needed to be replaced and told me that the manufacturer had discontinued the part. He found one on eBay and purchased it there (after advising about the risk of buying on eBay.) He was back a week later and fixed the door. $260, but with luck I will get a couple more years of use out of this washer and dryer. The workman was very neat and took care to avoid leaving a mess."
