"We hired Stone Fence to do a repair to our fence. Jon responded quickly to my initial request. He was busy over the next few days but he did come and look at the job, him and I spoke about what needed to be done. He stated that my gates needed to be removed to fix the job properly. I told him that was fine and him and I worked out a plan to be able to keep the business locked up at night and open during the day. I got the job approved and scheduled with him. Jon delayed the job by almost 30 days stating he was busy and he was just a small business. Shortly after the repair was completed (within 60 days) the same problem returned. I contacted Jon and he told me he would return to look at the job. He did not show. I again called and text him with no response. I gave Jon plenty of chances to contact me and to fix this. He is a nice guy but does not stand behind his work. Please think twice before hiring this company. "

"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

"TPM is an excellent company to do business with. They built my fence on the property just after I bought it so that I had a run for my dogs. Fence and three gates are very solid and one of them is large enough for my 48” riding mower. In other words the work they do is customized to your needs. They also built my 24’X 36’ workshop and I could not be happier with it. My only regret is that I did not have TPM pour the concrete slab as they would have done that work cheaper and the quality would have been far better. TPM just recently added a 10’X24’ lean to shed for my workshop so that I can now store my tractor out of the weather. There is nothing I would not trust TPM to do for me and I would give them the highest recommendation. Really good people doing excellent work!!!"
