While he was here, I asked him to replace the copper flexible pipe water lines to the water heater. My budget allowed for the gas line repair. Although the additional copper pipe repair exceeded my budget, I do feel that I got my money's worth. My water pressure has increased significantly. Good job Dan!"

"I had a couple leaky outdoor water spigots that would have been an easy fix for me to do, but I couldn’t get the rusty bolt out to remove the handles so I could access and replace the washers, etc. I reached out to several plumbing companies and explained the task. They refused to come out to repair it and would only do a complete replacement for several hundred dollars per spigot. Ryan discussed the task with me and came out the next day to make the repairs. He was even able to “MacGyver” the part I had to make it work since it was a discontinued part, saving me the cost of replacing the entire apparatus and having a hole cut out of my drywall in my kitchen. The installation process truly EXCEEDED my expectations. Both techs arrived on time and respected COVID-19 guidelines- very knowledgeable, courteous, went above and beyond with removing old furnace and installing new one. Previous company that installed our old furnace made multiple errors, but Jermaine (tech) had a great deal of patience throughout the difficult challenges in replacement (moving gas pipe, electrical wiring, vent pipes, etc.). He would keep me up to date on the process throughout the day. You'll definitely be lucky if you're scheduled with this AMAZING tech! "Of all the HomeAdvisor candidates, Gary was the first one (and only) to respond immediately to my request! He came to our home to repair two outside leaking faucets and attach the water hose to our refrigerator so that we could get cold water and ice cubes. While he was giving us an estimate on the job, Gary noticed that some of the previous plumbing work (that was done years ago) was questionable and might crack soon, leaving us with a flooded basement. We gave the okay to repair and Gary did an amazing job. He made sure every pipe was sealed, welded, and secure, before attaching the fridge water hose.
