The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. "Fred was a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem (my bathtub faucet was leaking). I thought it would be as simple a changing a washer or something like that. But apparently the pipes were old and needed updating and the faucet fixture needed to be replaced. He charged $600, which I thought was a bit expensive. But I don't know the going rate for that kind of work. He was done in less than 2 hours and left a huge mess of red dust behind (that took me hours to clean). But the job is done and I'm happy with it. I'd recommend him."

He did the job in less than 1:15 minutes which included some extra surprises after checking the pipes. Daniel was so professional and honest. The price was so fair. I just want to mention that he did not want to charge me on something that was not needed after checking something else in my bathroom.
