"We had a problem with our water heater only heating half the tank. I called Precision Today and they could not have been nicer. This includes from the time I called, speaking to the woman on the phone. They sent someone out the same day. TJ was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Turns out we needed a new water heater. He got the new one and installed it same day. This guy knows his business!! I canâ t say enough about the honest, professional work we received. Weâ ve used other companies that didnâ t come close to Precision. So grateful, thank you!"

"On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. I am not an expert on water heaters outside of knowing how to turn it on, clean it periodically, and knowing when I need a new one. Thank you Four Seasons for responding quickly and bringing me hot water."
