We had another company come out 3 months before for the same problem, they routed about 15 feet and cost almost $300 when I called back there was no warranty so I called four seasons who came out the same day and completely routed 100 ft out finding tree roots to be our issue, they also cut and went through our main water pipe and then repaired it putting a cap on it for $750. "I called Jon after an unsuccessful call back from other plumbing company. He was scheduled to come out on saturday and while he did show up, he did show up late.  i assume he's a busy guy.  i had cleared the cabinets, removed drywall to expose the pipes to make it easier to work and sure enough, he was in and out in 20 minutes.  He replaced two sections of busted pipe and then reconnected them.  i thought the price was fair.
