He was very pleasant BUT it cost $200.00. That's after I begged to lower price. Repairs are so out of control costly. I'm on a very fixed budget"

He not only took care of the main issue he came in for, he checked all the other gas pipes and even fixed our water heater (when he found something was wrong with it) and measured the water gage and didn't even charge us extra! "Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart.
