He didn't even hesitate when I informed him I had done the home-work - and that I would be his primary contact even though this project was solely for my husband! "The process went smoothly initially with Cameron and then the Forman Jeff. We hit a couple of snags through the process but Jeff kept if informed of the issues and worked through them as quickly as possible. We were initially concerned of having renovations happening while we were living in the home but the crew made sure that the place clean every time they left and for the most part it didn’t impact our home. When Mr. McMillan said it would look great once it was washed and sealed, I had my doubts.  I was amazed to see how great our deck looked when the crew finished!  I wish I could post pictures to show the before and after - it looked like a new deck.  He also noticed some of our boards were split and rotted, and replaced those as well.  Great company - arrived when they said they would, worked hard, finished on time, and were reasonably priced.  I recommend them and will use them again when the deck needs a new seal in a few years. <br />"
