In early March, they fixed multiple issues that we had going on in our house. In 2012, my husband and I moved back into his childhood home. The whole time our guest bathroom has not had a working shower, but we knew from other plumbing visits that to fix it would require cutting through drywall from another room and be a big project. Plus we had to fill a bucket with the cold water of the tub to flush the toilet, we have had two other plumbers visit over the years to fix this issue with no luck. We finally decided to fix the hot water in our guest bathroom and other plumbing issues that my dad recommended that have happened over the years. We are expecting our first child in July and the out of town new grandparents were planning (before the pandemic) to stay with us to help out. We know we need our guest bathroom that is close to the nursery to be up and running. Optimal Plumbing Solutions repaired the clean out in the front yard, replaced two outside hose bibs, replaced the shut off valve and supply line at the toilet, installed a shower/tub valve, and replaced shower arm with drywall cutout. Basically they fixed all the plumbing issues we have been procrastinating on fixing. They did a fantastic job! Our pipes are safer and less likely to burst with the clean out repaired and the hose bibs replaced. Our guest bathroom now has a working shower and toilet!"
