"Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.

"Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area.  Our house is a crawl space home. We wanted to make sure that there weren't any foundation issues that were the source of the problems before doing a repair on those areas.  The evaluator was fair and honest and said that there were not any issues with the foundation that needed repair. In fact he said our foundation was better than most.

"Luke did an EXCELLENT job! His estimate was fair and didn't change mid-job. He was at my home every day at the time he said he would be and worked through the day and kept us abreast of his progress and what he would be doing the next day. Every day when he left, he cleaned up anything he used and left no mess (really we left a bigger mess). He removed the shelving systems in the closets and replaced them when he was done, moved all the heavy appliances and furniture and really, once he left, we were left with a beautiful home and no signs he was ever there. He is professional, polite and a very talented young man. We already have plans to hire him for additional projects. Choosing this young man would not be a mistake. "We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster.
