"Recommendation for General Remodeling Group: Reliable, Quality Work I hired General Remodeling Group (GRG) for two major projects in my home: a kitchen and dining room remodel ($75k in 2016) and bathroom renovations ($55k in 2018). Visvydas and his team delivered dependable craftmanship, and Iâ m still very satisfied with the results years later. Attention to Detail and Consistent Communication From start to finish, Visvydas kept me updated at every step with straightforward communication, making the whole process run smoothly. GRGs attention to detail also stood out they handled each punch list item promptly, completing everything to a high standard without cutting corners. In addition to my home, I also manage contractors at work, and I know this level of thoroughness is rare. Most contractors leave me frustrated with incomplete tasks, but with GRG, everything was done as it should be. For that reason alone, I feel compelled to recommend GRG, they get the job completed 100% without a fight! Skilled Team with Integrity and Flexibility GRG offers a flexible design-build approach, letting clients be as hands-on or hands-off as they prefer whether you want to make only the big decisions or get involved in the details. I was actively involved and appreciated how Visvydas collaborated with me, offering thoughtful advice and the chance to adjust along the way. Others I know who worked with GRG preferred less involvement and were equally happy with the outcome. They also brought in skilled subcontractors from masons and plumbers to electricians who truly know their craft. When I considered having GRG install new exterior doors and windows (over $100k), they recommended a specialist from another company, showing a real commitment to quality over profit. It reminded me of Miracle on 34th Street, where one shop suggests going to the competition to ensure customer satisfaction. Quality That Holds Up Over Time GRGs work included installing and modifying cabinetry that perfectly matched our kitchen design and detailed tiling that elevated our bathroom, and they performed major plumbing and electrical work without issue. We recently sold our home, and GRGs work still looked new. Even the home inspector praised their craftsmanship; the cabinets, tile, and plumbing looked and worked as if they were just installed. Their work clearly added value to our property. If you want quality work that stands the test of time, I highly recommend General Remodeling Group. GRG delivered for my family and friends, and even eight years later, we are grateful we chose them. PS I rarely see a contractor finish every punch list item 100%, but with GRG, it is like discovering unicorns are real. That alone makes them worth recommending."

"We are now able to enjoy our old master bathroom every day thanks to Top Remodeling. Ben and Dave proposed that we expand the bathroom by reclaiming space from a sitting area that we rarely used. They took care of the plumbing, tile, and framing. The completed area features a freestanding tub, a walk-in shower, and a handmade vanity built from reclaimed wood. Additionally, they installed heated flooring, which were well worth the investment. Their attention to detail, such as neat tile lines and expertly executed installations, was what we found most admirable. They made the procedure easy for us, even though it was a major job. The work has impressed us."

"Love it! There was no question that we wanted Steve Everett of Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen to remodel our bathroom, as he had remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and we were very familiar with his integrity, professionalism, skill and dedication. It took about 5 weeks to complete the job, and that is about what we expected. Steve hires only top notch professionals to work with him, so they were all very skilled, hard working, prompt, pleasant and made every effort to coordinate their schedule and to minimize disruption to our household. They removed part of a wall, which enlarged our bath to accommodate an extra set of storage cabinets, and made a porcelain tiled shelf on the window box behind the free standing tub. We joked that it would be a great place to set a wine glass! Our old shower was enlarged and replaced with a glass enclosed, tiled shower. The dual sinks were replaced along with the cabinets and counter top. Flooring was replaced with porcelain tile. We love our "new" master bath and kitchen! Every day feels like we are on vacation and staying in a luxury condo! If you have an idea for your kitchen and/or bath, Steve Everett can make it come to life! We highly recommend him!"

"This total townhouse renovation greatly exceeded our expectations for quality and workmanship. This house was a challenge as it is 43 years old, and now it looks like a brand new model home. They make sure the project stays on schedule. We left a house key with ARMS Home Improvement, and moved out. They worked on their own and provided detailed photos of progress. They treat your house as if it belongs to them, and do not cut corners on anything. We highly recommend them to others looking for quality work to be done right the first time. We still need some more work to be done, and will contract with them again."

"The technicians Cesar D. and Hanan O were outstanding. They were here on time day and provided an update at the end of each day. They were very knowledge and I am extremely happy with the work performed. An additional technician was later sent out Tony G. who was outstanding as well."

"Absolutely outstanding performance. The crew were certified in all fields of construction; plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, quartz countertops , etc. They gutted my 80’s master bathroom and preformed a miracle in 9 days. The craftsmanship is perfection in drywall, tile, countertops and the acoustics in the shower are a singer’s dream. And the shower was enlarged and equipped with grab bars for added mobility. We look forward to working with Ultimate Remodel LLC on additional projects. They are just fantastic."

"Highly recommend Top Remodeling for their outstanding GENERAL CONTRACTING services. I completely trusted them with my Bathroom remodel, and the results exceeded expectations. We needed a Home addition, and their team executed it flawlessly. I requested a Kitchen remodel, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Wonderful experience from start to finish!"

"We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Managed Renovations. The experienceâ from start to finishâ was nothing short of amazing and the finished kitchen is spectacular, exceeding our expectations. The Managed Renovations team, Michael and Natalie, and their subcontractorsâ carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and floor installersâ displayed a level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that was extraordinary. They turned a small, poorly designed 1970s kitchen into a large, beautiful, functional space that is now the heart of our home. Although the project involved demolishing walls and removing the existing cabinets, appliances, and flooring (and replacing them with new cabinets, appliances, and flooring), they accomplished this with minimal disruption to our lives, always leaving our home and the work area clean at the end of the day. Managed Renovations communicated with us throughout, (we could also track every aspect of the project online), making sure we were comfortable with every decision. Their recommendations, whether about design elements or vendors, were always â spot on.â There were no surprises. They delivered what they promised when it was promised, completing our kitchen on time and without any unanticipated costs. Managed Renovations' dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly unmatched. If youâ re looking for a general contractor who will deliver outstanding results, look no further than Managed Renovations."

"This was my second bathroom remodel with Home Breakthrough and it was again a great experience. The workmanship is outstanding and the results looks even better than I imagined. They finished in less than 2 weeks and left things spotless every day when they left. The final cost was several thousand less than the quote from another company and included additional items not covered by the higher quote."

"We recently remodeled our bathroom with VKB Kitchen and Bath and are very happy with the results. Everything came out beautiful, especially the tile and shower. The team was helpful, easy to work with, and kept us updated throughout the project. We would definitely recommend VKB for a bathroom remodel!"
