"The project required removing a very large jet tub in the bathroom, reworking the ductwork and electrical systems as well as wall and ceiling construction, painting, finishing work on trim, installation of lights and all new bathroom fixtures. Our home is unique in it's design and construction, part of which is log paneled. They handled the integration of the new construction with the overall design of the previous rooms very well. The entire process went smoothly, on time, and on budget. There was some additional work needed due to unforeseen issues with the original construction of the house. They were very clear about what needed to be done and why, and potential solutions were discussed and the cost ramifications so that we had a choice in how to proceed. The company is very professional in the way they handle estimates and ongoing information. Supervisors were on site every day, watching over the work and checking on our satisfaction with how the project was going. The people who did the work were punctual every day, courteous and pleasant to have in our home, very knowledgable, and did top-of-the-line work. A lot of care was given to making sure that the construction (especially the dust) was managed well and every evening during the project, the house was organized so that we had uncluttered living spaces, and when the project was completed, all the debris was cleaned up and removed. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
