"Roger was a wonderful leader for this project and went well beyond what was expected, even accompanying me on trips to the suppliers when I needed design help. His team were prompt, efficient and easy to work with as well, also going beyond expectations. After offering to clean up an existing skylight, they discovered that it was not actually connected to the roof! Now it is clean and safely fixed in its place. As the Covid closures loomed, the team worked extra hard to finish the job quickly, but remained neat and diligent throughout. He helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day.
