"I have remodeled my Kitchen and Bathroom with Property Revision. Paul Schuessler and Brittany Oâ Connor were amazing. I never felt any pressure. We felt like a team working together to make it an enjoyable experience. No conflict or change order was an issue. All issues were worked through with calm experience. I never felt any frustration. Paul was fantastic to go the extra mile with additional work needed, like trimming off a window, door and replacing lights. He made sure the cabinets and counter tops were perfect. Brittany also was fantastic with and wonderful help to pick out the look I desired. She guided me through different designs, picking in the end one I love. Sometimes communication with remodels is a problem, but not here. Courteous, always calling to say when coming over and always available on phone to help with my different ideas! "RNR was hired to take on an extensive project that involved remodeling three apartment units in two separate residential homes. They were quick to respond to provide a free quote, honest about their capabilities for the services needed, and provided a fair price in a timely manner. On top of being incredibly personable and easy to work with, they take pride in their work, always keep a clean workspace, and absolutely deliver on whatever is asked of them (which in this case the list kept growing). They completely transformed the three apartments that they remodeled - from installing cabinets, countertops, toilets, showers, doors, light fixtures, flooring, windows, interior/exterior painting - to fixing unstable decks and chimneys, they can do it all! You definitely won't regret giving them a call!"

"When I called Dave to arrange for an estimate, he immediately asked if the drawer that had fallen apart was the silverware drawer. It was. He arrived to give me an estimate a couple of days later, measured carefully and took photos. Because the previous homeowner had purchased budget cabinets (particle board with walnut exteriors), Dave explained that it would be necessary to replace the drawers, and because of the age of the kitchen, there probably would not be stock drawers available. I was in agreement. He had both drawers replaced with maple, and I opted for a self-closing feature as a small luxury. I thought the charge was appropriate. I also asked Dave about replacing a hinge on one of the cabinets that gets a lot of use; he researched and found something similar (but not identical) online. This would have been acceptable, but then he suggested that ordering the similar hinge might not be necessary; he could swap out the problem hinges with a cabinet that was used much less-frequently. This was the perfect solution It took a couple of weeks for the drawers to be constructed, and Dave kept me updated about when I'd expect them. When he came to install them he again was right on time and measured again to ensure that they had been constructed as specified. I was extremely impressed with Dave's attention to detail, his punctuality, and his interim reports on when I could expect the drawers. I can recommend him without reservation."
