Henry was fantastic in helping us get the estimates and make selections to be able to begin our remodel. Tony, our project manager, was on site regularly to keep tabs of the progress and was helpful with suggestions. All contractors were respectful and knowledgeable at their craft. We also had many other projects done including changing standard slab doors to six panel, almost all of the flooring throughout our home, changing the stair treads and spindles and almost whole home interior painting as well as our powder room remodel. He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. "I can't say enough about working with Diane at Carriage House II. I found them via an internet search. Diane keep me informed about every step of the project. Two of the chairs were done in a beautiful large paisley print, which they perfectly matched. The other four were done in a subdued brown tweed, subtly picking up the colors in the paisley print. They not only upholstered the chairs, but also strengthened them and fixed a broken one. The chairs are better then they have ever been. I can't thank them enough. My dining room has a designer look with these "new" chairs."

"I have known Bill since 2005. At that time he built an addition of a bedroom suite and bathroom to our new home. Since then he has answered our calls for projects small and large. Among the things he and his crews have done are a kitchen remodel, new flooring, master bedroom suite addition, deck, siding, finished the basement, and a garage with a 2 story building attached with the first floor a dance studio and upstairs a game room. "Terrence and crew were absolutely fantastic. Terrence was certainly communicative, punctual, and definitely on budget. He made some wonderful suggestions and came up with creative solutions for any problems that arose. The original estimate was very close to what the final cost was (of course there are always some additional costs to the final bill) as any additional costs were discussed and approved first. We had a full bathroom remodel done. He tore down to the studs and rebuilt. The finished product is truly amazing. "We hired Sure-Fix to do multiple jobs. The owner, Henry, came to our house and we walked him through all of the projects we want done and he provided good feedback and ideas. He also understood that this isn't our forever home, so while we do want to make it nicer, some projects are not worth putting money in to. They gutted our mudroom, replaced the old exterior door, closed in a window to provide better space functionality, built shelves in the mudroom closet to make it a pantry, insulated the room, rebuilt the unstable steps, instead outlets, base board heater, and new lights, replaced the flooring, replaced the roof over the mudroom, put up dry wall, and painted. They also installed a new exterior door in our sun room, replaced five old windows, and installed new outlets in our office. The workers were all very nice and you could tell they know their trade. They told us if we discovered an issue they would come fix it. Good customer service."
