"JD Michael did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. It turned out beautiful and they were very professional, easy to work with, and clean. I will continue to hire them for any repairs/remodels in the future!"

"When deciding to rehab our newly purchased assisted living facility, we had many choices of contractors. When we met with Precision Remodeling, we knew this was the company for us. Dave promised that we would be informed of each step of the large rehab via email or text and I was so impressed that he kept his word. His contractors were polite, timely, and made a challenging remodel possible adhering to all of my strict requirements due to COVID including isolating the work area, entering from various locations and working around my staff and residents on a daily basis. The remodel is amazing! Precision Remodeling completed an almost full remodel for our assisted living home. They completed the following projects including new siding, new windows, new sky lights, rehabbing a deck, building a room inside of the house, converting a garage to a heated recreation space, building a beauty salon, elevating a sunken living room to all one level, installing new flooring in the kitchen and carpet on the stairs and 3 bedrooms, and a huge amount of painting. While Precision Remodeling may be a bit more pricey than other contractures, the increased price is worth the outstanding service. Not only the quality of work was exceptional, the quality of Precision's employees was outstanding. You cannot put a price on contractures showing up on time, acting professionally and kindly to my staff and residents, helping out with little extra's just because they are "good guys", cleaning up each day when they are finished, sending updated pictures when the job is complete, and most of all doing quality work. The owner, Dave, was also amazing to work with. We started our business buying this assisted living in Feb 2020 and Dave knew our massive undertaking of buying and running the business in addition to rehabbing the home. Dave was alway responsive and helped us with all aspects of the remodel. He took our calls, met with us and handled any issue we had within 24-48 hours of being informed. You can tell he runs a tight ship, hires the right people, and they respect him and work hard for him. Thanks Dave for all the hard work!"

"We contracted Walter to remodel our first floor powder room. From start to finish the process went very well. The trades people were first rate. Dry wall repair, painting, plumbing and floor and accessory installation and all were very respectful of our property. We had high expectations for this work and were are not disappointed. Walter also helped with the selection of the new materials. We plan to use again for a full bathroom remodel."

"We recently remodeled our bathroom with VKB Kitchen and Bath and are very happy with the results. Everything came out beautiful, especially the tile and shower. The team was helpful, easy to work with, and kept us updated throughout the project. We would definitely recommend VKB for a bathroom remodel!"

"Dimitri and his crew were very professional. They presented us a contract before starting that outlined everything that they were to do along with the pricing. There were no surprises. They did come across a problem with our plumbing when they tried to disconnect the ice maker to the fridge, and they took care of it quickly and didn't miss a beat. The contract said that the work would be completed within four days, they only needed two and a half days.
We have actually used them before when we needed a back porch and they did beautiful work. Everything that they have done for me has turned out to look much better than I expected. I will be using them in the future for additional projects.
In summary, their prices are reasonable, their work is professional, and they are friendly, trustworthy guys that are pleasant to have around. A++++++

"This is a bit misleading, but there was no category for Bathroom Remodel reviews! Blue Crab did a great job. Tore our 40 year old bathroom and built a new, modern one in it's place. Nick & Zack and the construction guys were efficient and professional. Already have Blue Crab scheduled for a complete kitchen remodel!"

"The remodel went very well. Job done in a timely manner and the installer, Mike Lilli is a real craftsman."

"The porch looks like new. They replaced rotted wood at the chimney that was not visible from the ground without having to be prompted to do so. They are receptive to suggestions and requests when their work is reviewed. They adjusted their schedule for painting because of the changing weather to be sure there was enough cure time after they were done painting. They chose the very best combination of days for the paint."

I've been in the business for 39 years. Furthermore my workmanship is impeccable, I show up on time, perform work according to schedule for completion in a timely manner. I provide and install all types of flooring specializing in hardwood, Lvp, and carpet. In addition to flooring, I do kitchen and bathroom renovations, and a multitude of other items. ***WE DO NOT OFFER HARDWOOD REFINISHING SERVICES***

"A-1 Renovation added beautiful chair railing and shadow boxes on the first floor. Their work is excellent and it shows. Very professional and nice to work with. We would recommend them very highly."
