The success of this project was very much due to Claudio's remodeling expertise, project management skills, attention to detail, and his excellent relationships with his subcontractors and me. As the homeowner I wanted certain features in the project and, inevitably, some of these things changed while the work was ongoing. Claudio is quietly confident that he knows his stuff, and he does. Problems and requests for change or additional work do not bother him. He handles people well and is always cheerful, polite, and full of solutions to get the homeowner what they want. The quality of the work itself was excellent. Claudio and his subs took great pains to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. We always knew the time from ordering to delivery for the kitchen cabinets was several months so the project took longer than it would have if the cabinets had been ready earlier. The work was completed within the project budget, allowing for extra costs due to changes I wanted while the work was ongoing.
