We decided to go with Mr. Boyd and glad we did we were blown away by the level of customer service. He was incredibly attentive and made sure we got what we wanted for example I wanted a walk in shower with the seat built in and as with all remodels something unexpected happens and it wasn't there but he seen my disappointment and without hesitation made sure I got it! There was a small delay in the remodel but that was due to ordering issues and he kept us informed at all times.We were highly satisfied with the outcome,my only regret is that I didn't take before and after pictures."
