"Project took only a small bit longer than projected but much of that was due to slow delivery of certain supplies due to the pandemic. We were very pleased with the timing. I do encourage all project managers to over-communicate with the home-owners. Our only frustration was not being fully included in daily schedules. We would definitely hire Dave Johnson Building/Remodeling again."

"A&D Renovations was a dream to work and I'll consider them for all my future home projects from now on. I contacted Dennis based on his rating here on Angie's List and was not disappointed. He scheduled in my appointments around his busy schedule and provided me a professional and courteous experience. I always felt we were on the same page and Dennis welcomed phone calls or emails from me, even over the holidays if I had any questions. His focus was understanding my vision and to execute it as I wanted it done. The job was completed on time and looks fantastic. I highly recommend A&D Renovations to any friend or family member."

"Kaydn was great to deal with! It was very refreshing to work with a contractor who acted like he wanted your business. I've had dealings with a couple different contractors in this process and Kaydn was extremely responsive, did fantastic work and the price was great! I will definitely reach out to K & A Renovations for my next project."

"Kevin and his team did a great job. They offered plans, adjusted and consulted with us about changes and additions and updated us constantly about progress. The work was first rate and the finished quality of the design and implementation has enhanced our usage of the space."

"We had the most amazing experience with our basement remodeling. It was done quickly and efficiently. The end product was exactly what we wanted, gaining additional space and comfort. We utilize the new space as a den for our family to play games and watch movies. It’s our new favorite spot in the house. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a basement remodel."

"Kevin Rider has completed several jobs in my home. His painting is exceptional and his knowledge and remodeling talent is admirable. Kevin has a knack for problem solving and the end result of his work is beautiful. He has renovated two half baths in my home, painted walls and replaced a drop ceiling in my family room, and stained a large multi level pressure treated deck. Each room he has worked on has felt completely transformed when he finished. All work has met or exceeded my expectations, and he looks for ways to save the homeowner unnecessary expenses in every remodel job. I am looking forward to the next job at my house when I can hire Kevin!"

"Gary Miller was my hero today. I had a number of "to dos", but he appreciated the urgency of the leak in my kitchen and responded on a Saturday afternoon. He readily identified the multiple issues and addressed the portions he could; and referred me to an additional resource to complete the job. So satisfying. Gary will be returning to assist in other areas to include painting. Thank you Gary !!"

"Jeff did a great job replacing my ceiling I would hire Jeff for other projects that I need done"

"Lexy built a shower house addition from an existing shed, he did a fantastic job, very creative, exquisite taste. It came out beautifully and better than I ever expected. Highly recommended"

"We have difficulties with having contractors show up to look at the work that needs to be done. Lance called back the same day, and came out in a few days. We live in a log home and had found water damage in the logs. This was a small job for him but he didn't treat it that way. He and his team did an excellent job. His pricing was reasonable and we look forward to working with him again in 2026 for some more work that needs to be done."
