"Flavio is very good at what he does. He remodeled both my bathrooms for well under what other large stores and boutique folks quoted for. His team of plumbers, plasterers, electricians and painters did an amazing job at budget rates. I would definitely hire again."

"The results are excellent. The success of this project was very much due to Claudio's remodeling expertise, project management skills, attention to detail, and his excellent relationships with his subcontractors and me. As the homeowner I wanted certain features in the project and, inevitably, some of these things changed while the work was ongoing. Claudio is quietly confident that he knows his stuff, and he does. Problems and requests for change or additional work do not bother him. He handles people well and is always cheerful, polite, and full of solutions to get the homeowner what they want. The quality of the work itself was excellent. Claudio and his subs took great pains to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. We always knew the time from ordering to delivery for the kitchen cabinets was several months so the project took longer than it would have if the cabinets had been ready earlier. The was clearly out of Claudio's control but the delays were not a surprise to me because I was always informed ahead of delays and/or the impact of changes I wanted. The work was completed within the project budget, allowing for extra costs due to changes I wanted while the work was ongoing. In short, I would certainly hire Claudio again for a big remodeling project. What more can I say?"

"We hired Bedford Builders Remodeling to install our master bath, and we ended up with a work of art! We worked with a designer to create a sophisticated concept for our bathroom, but Bedford Builders Remodeling was easily able to pull off the complex installation. At every point, they exhibited the highest level of craftsmanship--I thought that such high quality work had died out in the 1920s. Even more, they showed up on time every single day, worked hard throughout, and made sure we were happy with everything that was installed. They are a top quality company!"

"Quick response and turnaround time. Competitive pricing and great communication! Will definitely be hiring again for additional projects."

"We hired Ocean Break Remodel to finish our small basement (~225 sq ft). Peter and his crew were great to work with and in addition to doing high quality work, they also finished on schedule and within budget. I am very glad we chose to work with them and would highly recommend them."

"Claudio was fabulous! I canâ t say enough good things about the quality of work he and his crew performed on my upstairs remodeling, deck, and repair of our dormers and shingles . He and his crew are meticulous and pay attention to detail. He is fair and the price is worth every penny. They did the job right. If there were any additional repairs that needed to be done, Claudio communicated with us prior to itâ s completion. They always asked our opinion, kept us posted throughout the entire project. We were so impressed with the job they did we had them do some painting and repairs on my first floor. They were at our home for 3 months. When the job was completed we told Claudio, Dan and Bruno that they became part of our family and we would miss having them around. Thank you so much we are absolutely thrilled with our renovation it was a complete transformation. We are going to have them come back and do some additional work on the outside. We highly recommend this company. The Volpicelli and Kenney Family"

"We love our basement remodel. Peter, Alex and his team were here when they said theyâ d be here, completed the job as described, and kept us updated along the way. The basement now looks and feels clean and bright. The additional space doesnâ t feel like a basement at all and is enjoyed by the whole family. We highly recommend Lux Renovations."
