"Everything Mike said he would do, he did. The old caulking needed removed first, and that was a lot of prep work, especially on the second story windows. We went a little over the project estimate, but that was due to the amount of prep time it took. No mess was left after the work. Communication was excellent all the way. "Chris Means By All Means and More did it again. His workers showed up on time and worked until 7pm to get the job done. Everything was done to perfection. In addition they cleaned up each and every scrap of aluminum including the little tiny shreds that had landed in the flower beds under the windows. And even though it was not part of the contract they spontaneously straightened up our mulch beds which had gotten pretty ragged looking due to heavy rains over the last few weeks. No extra charge...they just saw what needed to be done and did it. This was the sixth time they've worked on our house and they are consistently professional, friendly, courteous and reliable. Every time they work for us they throw in a little something extra for no charge...that must be the "And More" in the company name!

Put down plywood,drip edge, underlayment, pipe boots, flashing, shingles,and a ridge vent. He had a great team everything was done in timely manner. Nothing left at all to be picked up. "We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. Good luck to HMD. It's a good idea and the person we dealt with we liked personally."
