"Coldstream did a beautiful job remodeling my 80+ year old garage. My garage was in need of a new custom size door and framing to hang the door, as well as, framing around the door. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me. Marty and his crew did a great job, and I could not be happier with the project."

"From my very first phone call, Tim was extremely helpful and eager to assist, clearly explaining the process and answering all of my questions. Jim visited first to assess the project, and I explained that the work would involve remodeling an existing built‑in furniture unit and transforming it into a functional home office. He fully understood the scope and offered practical input based on his experience. Jim completed the work on time and to a very high standard, with excellent attention to detail and overall quality. The transformation from the original built‑in to the finished home office exceeded my expectations, both in terms of craftsmanship and functionality. It was a pleasure working with Tristate from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them."

"FANTASTIC !!!! These guys were a dream to work with...In fact, we are hiring them AGAIN, this time to remodel our 1st floor. They were thorough, gave us options, presented different perspectives, timely, clean, so polite, etc.,...we now think of them as adopted family!! They took a basement and made it into an office, complete bathroom, family room, den and lots of storage and my husband's favorite--his own work shop. EVERYONE who has been to our home LOVES this additional living space!!! We can't wait for the crew to start on the 1st floor!! REMARK is definitely a company you want to use for home remodeling! I don't just give them 5 stars, I give them 10!!!!"

"Kitchen remodel always presents challenges, mine was no exception. The expertise and creativity implemented by Rick and his crew was nothing short of amazing. Precise, professional, great design suggestions - I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen!"

"We love the finished results of our kitchen, Laundry room, bathroom remodel. What a great experience. A beautiful job done and we get to enjoy it every single day. Nathan, and his team were great to work with. We have another bathroom we want done soon!!!"

"Mike did a great job listening to what I wanted and making it come to life with some of his own creative suggestions and solutions. I would definitely hire Mike again for any of my future projects."

"We had a large painting job with big furniture and appliances that had to be moved. Nick’s crew handled everything and did a beautiful job with the painting. We are very happy with how it looks. They also finished ahead of schedule even though a snowstorm hit in the middle of the project. Would definitely recommend them."

"I had a serious leak in my 4-season room from the sun roof attachment to the house. Additionally from trying to fix it ourselves and getting on top of the roof, the caulking failed and causes more leaks into the room. Better Living put a new roof on of shingled roll material. They also did some metal flashing and counter flashing. They were very responsive and reasonable. We are very excited that we can use our room now without 6 buckets sitting around catching leaks. I loved tge followup call on the work and if I was satisfied. Thank you very much, Better Living Rooms."

"Jacob and his crew went out of their way to work with us on this deck and it turned out to be a great addition to our home. I would highly recommend Prather Construction to anyone and we already have future plans for them to do on our home."

"Brad and his team were exceptional! Every step involved in the process of hiring Brad to the follow-up was done with the utmost care and professionalism. He returned my call the very same day, came out the next day to look at the job scope, provided a quote the same evening. Upon hiring Brad, he started the work within a week. He showed up at my home on time, ready to work! They worked through the entire day without breaks! Worked under tarps in pouring rain, rather than creating more dust inside our home. We needed the job done quickly and he achieved that! 500 SF flooded basement, vinyl torn out and completed in 10 hours! And done beautifully! I would not hesitate to use Brad again for another job! A+++ rating!"
