"We purchased our home in February 2022 and planned to relocate to St. Louis in August. Dana’s team remodeled our kitchen and sunroom, created a walk in closet in the primary bedroom, and handled various other cosmetic upgrades. The team was a pleasure to work with, and we are thrilled with how our projected turned out! Brett managed construction and was an absolute professional. We really appreciated his solution-oriented approach and transparent communication throughout every stage of the process. Michelle handled all design aspects [including drawing up layouts and proposing options for fixtures/tile/hardware/furnishings/drapery]. Michelle’s expertise and consultative approach allowed us to feel confident and excited when making our selections. We appreciated her patience (we are first time homeowners), and our reliance on her recommendations is in large part why we love the design of our home today. Overall, the team went above and beyond in their efforts to ensure that we were happy with the final product. Dana’s ability to offer a “one stop shop” for both design and construction is invaluable. We were thoroughly impressed with the team’s ability to coordinate and execute in a timely manor (especially during a time when supply chain issues are as difficult as ever), while keeping within budget. Additionally, we found that remodeling a home can be an emotional process. The team listened to and collaborated with us, communicated effectively, offered solutions to address unforeseen occurrences, and ultimately enhanced the vision we had for our home. The team provided A+ quality work in both construction/design and service. They consistently delivered on all levels. We look forward to working with the team again on our future projects!"

"Power 2 Construction & Remodeling nailed our full basement remodel and the finished project is exactly what we envisioned. Randy was always available to talk, consult on our vision, and kept us up to date on the entire process. Fully satisfied with price, quality, and the timeline it took. We would use them again for any future projects. It is hard to trust someone with such a big project but you won’t go wrong hiring Power 2 Construction & Remodeling for your next job!"

"What can I say about Rick, Eric and their crew. They preformed an incredible job on our kitchen remodel. They were prompt, always on time answered all our questions and concerns. The work they preformed was outstanding and very professional. We plan on doing a bathroom remodel in the near future and Premium 1 Properties will be our go to contractor. I highly recommend them for any and all contracting projects. Thank you Rick & Eric for the awesome work you did on our kitchen!"

"We hired MH Construction for a kitchen renovation, and we are thrilled with their work! Mike and his team were excellent from start to finish. Mike kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, answering our questions and working out the design. He and his team were amazingly efficient, often getting more completed each day than we’d anticipated, and they were polite, professional, and always kept the work area clean and safe. They also went the extra mile and conscientiously fixed unexpected issues they found, including several smaller electrical and plumbing glitches. Best of all, we couldn’t be happier with the end product: our kitchen is beautiful and more functional than ever. We’ll recommend MH Construction to all of our friends, and we’d be delighted to hire them again in the future!"

"Gary Kimberlin's team did a great job for us with a series of small projects which were too big for a handyman, but apparently too small for most contractors. Most of the general contractors we contacted through Angie's List never never got back to us, but Gary treated us as valued customers from the start. Gary himself contacted us to provide a bid, and his responsiveness was exceptional. He spent about an hour with us taking measurements and discussing what we wanted to accomplish. Maybe we could have found a cheaper bid out there somewhere, but we were pleased with the punctuality and quality of the work, so I don't regret a cent that we spent. We had a series of small tasks which Gary's team performed over a couple of days. They arrived and departed when they said they would. First, they installed roll insulation in the crawl space under our living room. Rather than stapling the insulation in place, they recommended a slightly more expensive hanging system which allows the insulation to be removed and then put back without damaging it. Since additional remodeling is always a possibility, we appreciated the foresight on this issue. Second, we had planned to install a skylight in the living room, but Gary suggested can lighting instead, and I'm glad he did. Any time you punch a hole in the roof, it could leak, no matter how well you seal the edges. Can lighting was less expensive and created no possibility of leaks. We weren't happy with the first set of can lights Gary's team installed. Without complaint, Gary's team uninstalled them and replaced them with lights that we could swivel to highlight our artwork on the wall. We appreciated the team's flexibility and good attitude about the change. Third, the most complex portion of the job was repairing a wall and floor that had been damaged with pet urine. Gary's team removed the damaged baseboard, cut away the damaged carpet and pad, repainted the wall, and installed a new baseboard. This left a hole in the carpet which we covered with a throw rug, which was the solution of our choice. The repairs to the wall are seamless -- you'd never know the work had been done. Gary didn't press us to replace the whole carpet, which we weren't ready to do because our beloved older pet was still with us. The solution worked -- the smell is gone, and we didn't spend more than we wanted to. We'll complete that remodel another day. Last but not least, Gary's team did a thorough job cleaning and repairing the gutters. Small sections of guttering had come loose, which they refastened to the roofline. The one part of the remodel that didn't go as I had hoped pertained to a roofing issue. We had a gap in the soffit panels under the eaves. We had been concerned that a squirrel could climb through the hole and nest under the roof. Gary's team assessed the roofline and said that the hole in the soffit didn't communicate through to the attic, as far as they could tell, so the squirrels couldn't use it as a gateway. Unfortunately, that conclusion turned out to be incorrect. Six months later, we had to pay a wildlife control company to get squirrels out of our attic. The animal control team determined that the entry point was the hole in the soffit and installed a sheet metal cover for it. While the squirrel removal and roof repair were expensive, I don't fault Gary's team for mis-diagnosing the issue. Two other contractors/handymen had previously looked at the same problem and reached the same conclusion as Gary did, so obviously it was tricky. (We had had squirrels under the roof in a previous home, so I was concerned about this issue.) We look forward to work with Gary Kimberlin Construction again on a future remodel."

"Mike and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. We moved into our new home in October of 2020 and our basement was completely unfinished at the time. We worked with Mike to create plans to add a bedroom, office, laundry room, family room, and an additional bathroom. During the project, we were so happy with Mike and his team that we asked if he would be able to help us with the upstairs as well. For the upstairs, MH contracting removed a wall that separated the kitchen and living room, removed carpet in the bedrooms, updated two bathrooms with new tile and vanities, along with installing new vinyl plank flooring throughout the upstairs. The wall was removed flawlessly and you would never know that there was a wall there. For the basement, they stabilized the stairs, installed completely new framing, fixed plumbing components that were not up to code from the previous owner, fully insulated and dry walled, painted, all new electrical and panel upgrades, added an egress window, and laid new vinyl plank flooring. The basement is now completely finished with proper permits and fully passed inspections. Mikeâ s communication was great throughout the entire project and all of his team members were very polite, clean, and helpful. He kept us up to date on any material delays throughout the pandemic and set proper expectations. There were material delays that were out of Mikeâ s control so the projects took about four and a half months to complete but they were a pleasure to work with the entire time. We would absolutely recommend Mike and his team to any of our friends and family for any work youâ re looking to have done to your home or business."

"This isn’t the first time County remodeling has done work for us! I added above windows, siding and doors because they did that a few years ago for us, and were great to work with. We were happy to have them back to help remodel our basement and add a shower to our bathroom. They did great work! My bathroom is exactly as i had envisioned in my head. I absolutely love it!! The quality of workmanship and materials used is above and beyond my expectations. Respectful of property, friendly, easy to work with. Will definitely hire again! Thanks for your great work as always!"

"Hired for a kitchen remodel. Very prompt with scheduling, and keeps a great flow of communication. Very professional and personable at the same time! We will be hiring him to do our railing as well, and probably any other remodel we decide to do in the future! I'd give 10 stars if I could!"
