Henry was fantastic in helping us get the estimates and make selections to be able to begin our remodel. Tony, our project manager, was on site regularly to keep tabs of the progress and was helpful with suggestions. All contractors were respectful and knowledgeable at their craft. We also had many other projects done including changing standard slab doors to six panel, almost all of the flooring throughout our home, changing the stair treads and spindles and almost whole home interior painting as well as our powder room remodel. Highly recommend!"

"The projects above actually represent 3 separate "jobs".  After she completed the 1st job (Woodard set), I was so impressed that my thoughts ran to other projects I'd put off.  And so the table followed, and the chair, and I will shortly get started on a bed restoration she has already seen.   Diane Civiletti loves what she does and so will you because she does it all so well and the more she does for me the more I learn about the breadth of her knowledge and important resources and best solutions pool she has developed over the years.  Moreover she is one of those special people who "show up"...always there, efficient, on-time.  Moreover, because she loves what she does it's is a pleasure to deal with her....always. These problems presented some tricky problems to be dealt with.  For instance, I had previously gotten someone out to evaluate restoring that patio set.  That proposal essentially boiled down to sandblasting the pieces and then applying metal paint.  "Throw out the original seat pads....bring the set to  my shop and I'll do my thing" approach.   Diane recognized the uniqueness of the set, got it sandblasted with a softened blend of sand to reduce damage to the metal, saw the need for minor spot welding, gave the endurance of 3 coats of paint of the correct color & hue, and pointed out the seat pads could and should (because they are original) be restored, etc.  Bottom line is I got exactly what I really wanted for this project but had no real idea of what was needed to get to that ideal.  I learned something in each of these projects.  And those lessons add up to one central lesson....just find the right person."

"We hired Sure-Fix to do multiple jobs. The owner, Henry, came to our house and we walked him through all of the projects we want done and he provided good feedback and ideas. He also understood that this isn't our forever home, so while we do want to make it nicer, some projects are not worth putting money in to. They gutted our mudroom, replaced the old exterior door, closed in a window to provide better space functionality, built shelves in the mudroom closet to make it a pantry, insulated the room, rebuilt the unstable steps, instead outlets, base board heater, and new lights, replaced the flooring, replaced the roof over the mudroom, put up dry wall, and painted. They also installed a new exterior door in our sun room, replaced five old windows, and installed new outlets in our office. The workers were all very nice and you could tell they know their trade. They told us if we discovered an issue they would come fix it. Good customer service."
