"Cesar and his team did a great job! The new cabinets, flooring, countertops, lighting and wall look great! They accommodated an accelerated need schedule due to a new addition (baby coming) and are super easy to work with!"

"We hired Rowe Builders to remodel our master bath. Several years ago, we had hired Ryan's company to remodel three other bathrooms in our house. Based on the quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all around ease of working with Ryan and his crew, we again enlisted his help. Once again Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. We had a couple of concerns with the shower tile (basically a poor design choice on our part) and asked Ryan if we could switch to a different tile. While only a small portion had been completed, Ryan was more than willing to start over. We have had no issues with this current project or with any of the other bathrooms they completed for us. I highly recommend Rowe Builders for your remodeling needs."

"Gordon’s team did a really good job remodeling my bathroom and my unfinished basement. Their new drywall & flooring installation work great and they did a good job with the plumbing & electrical adjustments I needed done. They cleaned up the mess they made daily and tried to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. Total cost for both basement & bathroom remodel was $23900. There were some additional remodeling costs that I didn’t budget for initially but Gordon was willing to work with me on making payments for the additional features that were added to the remodel. Overall they are a good company and I’m happy with the work they did."

"We've had experience with renovations in the past, and this was by far our best experience. Frank was transparent and good at communicating. We stayed completely on budget (aside from a few things we added at the end), and the timeline for the most part was met as promised. (We were aiming to be done by Christmas, and aside from the cabinet crown molding and 4 drawer faces, everything was done). Chris, whom did most of the work in our kitchen, was fantastic. Personable, great workmanship, and provided suggestions and input based on his experience. Frank and Chris were also very easy to work with as we wanted to own some of the design elements but needed the helping installing them - i.e. farmhouse sink, backsplash, lights, island design, etc. Frank and Chris were clear about the specs that needed to be met, we purchased the items, and then they installed/built them. It was an easy partnership, and we would work with G&G Kitchen and Bath Restoration again."

"Envy has done two bathroom remodels for me and later a laundry room remodel. Team does excellent work and are super easy to work with."

"Nathan did an excellent job for us. We had two bathrooms that needed remodeling in my parents home, one of them proved to be more challenging than what we expected but everything turned out beautiful in both of them. He was very professional, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy. I would highly recommend him to anyone."

"The salesperson and installer that put in our shower was very knowledgeable and friendly im very happy with the new larger shower! I would recommend this company any day to anyone looking to improve thier home."

"Great Work! Very punctual top notch work for a affordable price. I made some changes in the middle of the project and they were still able to finish the project on time. The workers are very polite and respectful. They also clean up everyday before they leave. We highly recommend this company. Frank the owner and his men are very knowledgeable about the work they perform and they pay attention to detail. The prices they charge are lower then the competition but do a superior job and they work with alternative materials to fit your budget. We highly highly recommend Ultra Source Performance for any of your remodeling jobs! Ken and Terri from McHenry Illinois."

"I have been in and out of a lot of new construction in Lake County, and the work stands out. The finishes are a real step above what you usually see, and the trim, cabinetry and tile were all clean and well executed. What impressed me most is that the house was fully custom, so nothing was pulled off a standard plan. Every detail had to be decided and built from scratch, and it still came out cohesive and thought through. The team was easy to deal with, responsive when questions came up, and they kept the job moving. If your are thinking about building custom in this area, It is highly suggested you to reach out to Icon Building Group."

"We are getting ready to sell our home. Eric and his team repainted almost the entire interior of the house. It looks great - very contemporary with a new color palette! The workmanship and the finished job are excellent! As important, was the professionalism of the crew - neat, courteous, accommodating! Would recommend them to be a guest professional in your home without reservation."
