Mike and his team did an excellent job and went above and beyond to replace our duct system that had rusted and collapsed. This was not an easy job b/c our duct work is under the house in a crawl space. ]hey took the time to assess the space and our problems and designed a system that works better than what was there before. They were very professional and Mike explained things every step of the way. If you want someone who is thorough, pays attention to detail and customizes a solution that works for your specific needs, I would highly recommend Deans Heating & Air Conditioning! "GAC services was able to come out for a same day trouble shooting appointment. Jim S arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He was able to quickly identify the problem with the registers and dampers and able to get warm air flowing to the otherwise very cold areas of the house. In addition, Jim was able to recommend some additional services that would help me achieve the desired evenness of temperature such as an additional return and humidifier for the home. Three of the four estimators made a good impression but the one who impressed me the most was David Lux of Michael Bonsby.
