"From our initial meeting with Elijah to the scheduling with Carrie and the measurements and install all done by Tyler, our overall experience was great. Friendly staff and easy to talk to made this whole process ver smooth. The sunroom turned out great and the hard work and skills that Tyler had were outstanding. Those reading this that are not familiar with Joyce Factory Direct owe it to yourself to check them out. The manufacture their own windows and doors that are of extremely high quality at a very fair price. Don’t let these guys slip through your selection process without giving them a shot. "I showed her examples of what I desired and I was so satisfied as she did exactly what I asked for. Even though Jennifer became sick during the process and was hospitalized, she down played her illness and was able to complete the job. My dining room window is a bay and she did a terrific job. It was all exactly what I wanted! The only minor complaint I have is it was hard to get her to reply to me after I met with her and gave her the order."

"Everything went well. The staff was great, very good. They were good with the cleanup. The pricing was fair. One thing I will say was sometimes the communication with the person in charge was difficult he, wasn’t the best at communicating. Overall though, it was a good experience."

"Sam came as soon as he said he would and explained what he would be looking for. Once he looked it over and came up with a solution he left to get parts. Sam stayed in contact to let me know when he would be back and then got the job done in a timely manner. The job was done and cleanup performed. Sam's price was surprisingly reasonable and the job was well done. I will be using Sam over and over as I have need."
