"From our initial meeting with Elijah to the scheduling with Carrie and the measurements and install all done by Tyler, our overall experience was great. Friendly staff and easy to talk to made this whole process ver smooth. The sunroom turned out great and the hard work and skills that Tyler had were outstanding. Those reading this that are not familiar with Joyce Factory Direct owe it to yourself to check them out. The manufacture their own windows and doors that are of extremely high quality at a very fair price. Don’t let these guys slip through your selection process without giving them a shot. I will guarantee that if you do you will see the quality and the deal compared to other window manufacturers."

"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016.

"Very well, Rick and his team are total professionals. They always arrived on time and they took care to address every concern that I had. If I had to knock them anywhere, there were a couple occasions where email communication criss-crossed and some messages were missed. But, I learned that voice contact was the best way to go. Rick is a really great guy to work with. While it was a bummer to have to give him money every time I saw him, it was always nice to meet with him and catch up on things. Good people."

"I showed her examples of what I desired and I was so satisfied as she did exactly what I asked for. Even though Jennifer became sick during the process and was hospitalized, she down played her illness and was able to complete the job. My dining room window is a bay and she did a terrific job. It was all exactly what I wanted! The only minor complaint I have is it was hard to get her to reply to me after I met with her and gave her the order."

"Everything went well. The staff was great, very good. They were good with the cleanup. The pricing was fair. One thing I will say was sometimes the communication with the person in charge was difficult he, wasn’t the best at communicating. Overall though, it was a good experience."

"Sam came as soon as he said he would and explained what he would be looking for. Once he looked it over and came up with a solution he left to get parts. Sam stayed in contact to let me know when he would be back and then got the job done in a timely manner. The job was done and cleanup performed. Sam's price was surprisingly reasonable and the job was well done. I will be using Sam over and over as I have need."

"Finally got the patio enclosure installed. They did a good job in doing this. The only problem I had was getting their scheduling people to call me back to let me know what is what. Their receptionist Julie was extremely helpful to me during the long delay and kept in touch with me but I could not get the same response from the scheduling person named Becky."
