"Can't say enough about this company. I'm a local Realtor and I get asked for referrals all the time, I never hesitate to give their number. Not only is the work 5 Star Level, the communication exceeds expectations, which is tough to find in a Contractor. I appreciate it when a company is up front and honest from the beginning, and keeps their promises."

"My experience with Luis and team was absolutely phenomenal! They were very responsive answering my request to replace a chandelier and bathroom light bar. The price I was quoted was highly competitive and it was the exact price I paid. When I had to re-schedule the work due to a family emergency at the last minute, they were very accommodating. We were able to schedule the next business day and the technician arrived on time; he was very professional and had the fixtures installed in no time…they look amazing! Had the old fixtures not been in the rooms, you would have never known any work was done because the areas were spotless. I would highly recommend Forza and plan to use them again for future projects!"

"Great, got everything done in a couple hours. Impressed how quickly it was done. Cleaned up very well, I’ve recommended them to a few friends already."

"I can’t say enough great things about the owner, Chris and his team. They are so professional, knowledgeable, genuine, attention to detail but speedy and overall outstanding. We went with this company based on the wonderful reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Chris was willing to help me even before we met and long before we paid him. He is a stand up guy running an incredible company. It’s hard to find honest, hardworking people in this industry and that’s exactly what you will get when you hire them. I could go on and on about them. This is the company you want doing any work on your house, hands down! Thank you Barnhardt Construction!"

"They did and excellent job. They were very meticulous, great work, cleaned up after themselves, and completed work on time."

"Excellent! Nick has accomplished all my requests while building my house. My dream kitchen is now a reality!"

"Good job . Attention to details ."

"I highly recommend Native Building Services and Roofing. Charlie Grindrod, the owner of the company, is very dedicated to making his customers happy. Because we had to wait for many months for our concrete roof tiles to be delivered (partly due to Covid and partly due to the fact that the tile manufacturer changed hands while we were waiting for our tile), Charlie arranged to have a member of his crew perform a temporary fix of the roof leaks over our fireplace. When the tile removal led to a rip in our screen, Charlie promptly sent someone out to replace the screen. At every step of the way, whenever a glitch would occur, Charlie managed to get the problem resolved in a very customer-friendly manner. Since glitches seem inevitable with home projects, the fact that Charlie looks after his customers leads me to give this company the highest possible five-star rating."

"He did a great job and the finished project was amazing. He was always there to make you happy. He was very responsive to any questions and was very receptive. We would highly recommend him and we would definitely hire him again."
