"Alter construction has very smart, caring people who put in amazing effort and were very efficient. They took little time for themselves always working hard. The project stayed on track and we had great communication about all scheduled work. After poor experiences with others, Eli was a breath of fresh air. He was was very informative, pleasant, trustworthy, and his fun personality was quite the bonus. He's a true professional in project outcome and demeanor. Very careful not to waste any time or resources. You know what they say... "Measure twice (or more) cut once. Beautiful craftsmanship!"

"Professional knowledgeable and totally exceeded my expectations. I will totally use them again and refer them to everyone I know who is doing a remodel or an addition to their house. From permitting, engineering to providing quality specialized contractors and AGC has it down"

"Organization is easy to work with, responsive, and used quality materials in the studio outside room. We love the design of the studio."

"Mr. Westbrook was easy to get in touch with and was able to quickly understand my needs - he put together a proposal quickly and got started over the winter holidays.  We had design meetings to go through the initial sketch and feedback was noted for refinement.  The output was clean and to my expectations.  I would use Wally Westbrook Designs again for future commercial projects.

"Build was exactly what I requested. Manuel was on the job site everyday and answered all my questions. He was available and responsive always. He wrote a contract out and was very professional about the entire process. He refused to accept any payment until the job was completed and I was satisfied. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking for an honest contractor."

"The most professional and respectful crew I’ve ever had do work. They do beautiful work and more importantly they treated our home with respect and not once did they leave without cleaning and leaving it the way they found it. I would have this crew do any project."

"Rick did an EXCELLENT job.  The quality of the craftsmanship was terrific.  Treated our projects as though they were projects for his own home.  Attention to detail was given.  He gave us clear direction on the materials needed for each project.  We have had Rick work with us two times now and we are already putting another list together to have him come back to our home.
It's wonderful to find a service provider you can trust and does qualtiy work.
