Get matched with top land developers in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Hello, we are a company started by a couple of ex Veterans. After leaving the service, we decided to use the skills and values we honed to help homeowners improve their most important asset. It’s our pleasure to serve!

"I recently hired MZI contracting team, to renovate and design my office. I was very impressed with the skills and work that was done. The office looks beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely recommend MZI and his team for any opportunity."

"We wanted to convert our garage into more living space. We had a number of people come out to give estimates. Of course, a few never showed up. Lenny with star construction was one of the handful that did. We had a few quotes that came in cheaper but they weren't honest with the scope of work that would need to be done. This is where Lenny and star construction shined. He came in and told me honestly EVERYTHING that was going to have to be done to get the project up to code. His estimate came in to the penny. He was forthright about having to change electric panel and adding driveway space to meet code. After we signed on with star, Lenny became even more of a "star". He constantly fought with the city on our behalf for the necessary permits. After a lengthy battle he obtained the necessary permits. Vega came in to head the construction aspect and was also a "star". They obtained every necessary inspection and passed each one with flying colors on the first attempt. Everything was completed on time and it was a wonderful experience. I would NOT hesitate to use Star Construction in the future."

"Excellent work! Larry took our vision and made it better than imagined! Very happy!"

"Very Happy with choosing Golden Temple Builders for my construction needs. Nick the owner was very professional and clearly explained the stages of the project and was able to work with the pricing points that I could commit to. His team went above and beyond my expectations, and job was completed even well before promised. Would Highly Recommend!!!! 10/10"

They listened to, and understood my ideas for my kitchen and bath remodel, and their enhanced suggestions led to a perfect remodel. They started my project on time, and knocked it out right on schedule. They even gave my kitchen and bath a final cleaning. I will never use another contactor."
