"We sought to remodel our bathroom that was 25 years old and in bad condition. We found HomeTech on Angieâ s List and after interviewing other companies we decided to go with HomeTech. Their price was very competitive with the others. However, the more important aspect for us was the trust that we felt from Moses, the project manager from HomeTech. Another plus was the designer services which were not offered by all companies. Everyone from HomeTech was very professional and experienced in their various domains. The demolition took about 3 days; thereafter, the HomeTech team kept us informed about project schedule, availability of materials, potential delays, items needing additional work, and city inspections. We appreciated the quality of the construction, attention to detail, excellence of the workmanship, and the recommendations we've been given. They brought to our attention the poor condition of the pipes from 1938 that really needed replacement. HomeTech completed this part of the project, as well, providing us with new piping throughout the house. Hometech has given us a dream bathroom, which undoubtedly has increased our house value. Deserving of special mention are project manager, Moses; designer Alon; construction manager, Tino, with his crew of Miguel and Chef; and Victoria who kept all informed and coordinated. "We renovated on the middle of COVID but it went surprisingly well. The crew worked quickly, wore masks, and Nathan, our project manager, is REALLY good. He visited the site nearly every day and sometimes multiple times a day and really knows his stuff. We hired a designer from a design firm, but Nathan knows design really well and has some great ideas. Any issues, he was quick to address. I would partner with Nathan and Wisebuilders again in a heartbeat."

"I cannot overstate how happy I am with Ron and his great team from Babylon Builders. I had a dream to have a greenhouse built with a hot tub inside. I was looking for an oasis and a natural garden under one roof. I searched and interviewed many contractors and I at one point thought this idea could not materialize as there were discussions from other contractors who did not seem to get the feel and flow or vision of what I was trying to capture. In addition to the build, the placement of the greenhouse had to be attached to my balcony. "My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Dror Postiner from A2Z Remodeling for a major home renovation project in our North Oakland home. We were looking to add a master suite, master bathroom, and walk-in closet to a 2 bedroom, 1 bath Spanish-style bungalow, as well as convert a 2-car garage into an additional dwelling unit with a kitchenette and bathroom. "I am very happy with my Kitchen remodel with Brother and Brother Builders. I was not anticipating doing a kitchen remodel this year, but I had some unexpected water damage which ultimately resulted in a full remodel. I had heard multiple stories about horrible experiences from others. I absolutely didn’t want to do this. When I first met Zion and Ray (the Brothers), they were very understanding of my situation. They didn’t pressure me into anything and spent the time to explain my options. After some discussion and research, I signed with B&B Builders. Zion walked me through the process and gave me a plan on when I needed to order various items (cabinets, sink, appliances, etc). I ended up ordering items with lengthy lead times but Zion was very flexible with each new delay. Zion managed the job from start to finish. At every stage of the project, he sent very professional specialists. The project began with mold remediation and asbestos removal and quickly advanced to the design stage. Zion brought over a design specialist who, measured and prepared a 3D computer generated layout design. She was very creative and developed a plan that I had not considered. Julio (Site Supervisor) and Auner were regulars in my home. Every morning, they arrived at my house at 8:00 a.m. and were done for the day by 5:00 p.m. They left my home clean and organized every time. If they happened to arrive early, they would wait outside until 8:00 a.m. before they knocked on my door. They were very courteous and professional. Their work was done quickly and with great care to ensure that I would be happy with the result. I ended up expanding my project to include new hardwood floors, carpeting, full interior painting and a new heater/air conditioning system with the heater in the attic. Every single professional who Zion sent to my home was courteous, professional and good at what they do. The project is over and I am very happy with my new kitchen and with the entire experience. I do miss the crew though. They made this experience so positive. I enjoyed coming home every day to find the new thing they had done while I was at work. I didn’t miss a single day of work and I was never uncomfortable with the professionals Zion sent to my home.
