"They were going to charge for part of the estimate and so I decided not to use them because of that. The estimate was pretty high. I had the job done and it was probably almost half the price they were going to charge but they were local contractors through a realtor company that I deal with. The sounded like they knew what they were doing, it sounded like they would have done the job pretty nicely but the were rather high plus hey were going to charge for giving me a proper estimate. They couldn't give me a proper estimate because I wouldn't pay the fee for the estimate. It was about 8 to $900."

"This crew is phenomenal! We had our whole house remodeled with a new kitchen restructure, flooring, baseboards, a wider sliding door, new lighting, a new patio deck, etc.! They removed pillers and walls to completely open my home up. From the rough designing to the final touches completely change my home and added so much value to it! The service was extremely fast, the office was very responsive, and most of all the price was almost half the cost of all the other bids we received. "From the moment he arrived it was almost like working with an old friend. He did all the measurements within a short amount of time, made a complete list of everything needed and we went to Home Depot together because I had a gift card and I get a Vet discount on the parts. The work was all completed within about 3 1/2 hours. I made the est that it would take almost 8, but then I do not have a completely full truck with the exact right tools for the job. That included drilling through concrete blocks and pipe benders and concrete studs that were needed. The work was completed, he departed with the work space that included the entire back side of my house, spotless. I'm looking at another A/C installation in the near future & this will be my first call. Gus"
