"Scott and The Curtice Group team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. The project was extensive, full bathroom remodel, removal of out dated electrical in 75% of the house, and finishing the basement to be a new living space with full bathroom, bedroom, mudroom, and laundry room, which included a new HVAC system, new plumbing, and significant structural engineering. Scott worked with me to develop an overall design and was open to ideas and questions and did a great job incorporating my wish list of ideas into the design, while providing insight and recommendations based on his years of experience. Scott developed a very detailed plan and budget and was very transparent during the entire process, communicating well when there were changes to timeline or budget. Throughout the duration of the project Scott and his team were available for my questions, provided me their recommendations, and guided me through the process. The extensive project was completed on time and in budget and the quality of craftsmanship (e.g., the design, woodwork, tile work, painting) is outstanding. I have nothing but positive experiences working with Scott and The Curtice Group and highly recommend them."

"Matt, the owner of MMP, was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and had a high level of communication. The work was of excellent quality and we are very happy with the end results. We would recommend them highly."

"I want to sincerely thank and highly recommend Marco Polo home Builder! While I was selling my house, the buyer’s inspector believed the attic needed repairs. One company quoted me a staggering $15,000. Thankfully, I had a general contractor from MP home Builder come take a look. He spent a lot of time carefully inspecting the attic and determined that it actually met all the requirements — there was only a small issue that needed to be fixed. They only charged $600! From $15,000 to $600 — that’s not just a price difference, it’s a clear example of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. MP home Builder doesn't lie or exaggerate just to make money. They are genuine, responsible, and truly care about doing the right thing. In today's world, a company like this is incredibly rare. What’s more, MP home Builder also does HVAC, furnace, electrical, and other types of work, and their prices are much more reasonable than other companies I’ve dealt with. If you're looking for a company that is honest, detail-oriented, fair in pricing, and trustworthy, this company is absolutely the one to hire!"

"It was good. They were very personable, honest, and the quality of the work was really good. They did the entire remodeling and additional 2nd floor of my house before."

"Outstanding service. The work that New England Contracting & Management did for us was nothing short of excellent. They quickly gave us a very reasonable quote. All of our remodeling was completed on time, and under budget. We are exceptionally pleased and would hire then again! APPLAUSE ?"

"Advance Guard Builders were wonderful to work with. The work was done extremely well, and timeline and budget were on point with what they said. I would definitely hire them again!"

"I was extremely impressed with Luis' team. The condo was immaculate and they paid very close attention to detail. The carpets had pet stain on them and they looked like new when they were finished. As a realtor who works with a lot of vendors, I would highly recommend Expert Cleaning Services."

"We were very impressed with the quality work that Kinsellabuilt did on our house renovation. They were professional, reliable, and did an excellent job. In addition, they were so easy to work with, always available to answer our questions and to address any concerns we had. They also kept us up-to-date on the progress of the project and made sure that we were happy with the results. Because we had to move out of the property to another part of town, we were happy to hear from our neighbors that workers showed up first thing every day and worked throughout the day - given what I'd heard from friends who'd been through similar projects, I was so relieved to know that Grainne, James, and John were dedicated to keeping the project moving along to schedule and to the budget. They were also very flexible when it came to adding additional items to the reno - they were amazing! We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Kinsellabuilt to anyone looking for a contractor."

"Without hesitation I recommend Bostonian and will absolutely go to them first for future painting jobs!"

"After 20 years, our home's original front porch had served us well, but the wood decking, railing and trim all needed to be replaced. We decided to rebuild it using composite materials everywhere, so it will last even longer than the original and will be as close to maintenance free as possible. We picked out exactly the materials and colors we wanted for our new porch and then started looking for a contractor. Based on recommendations, online research and Angie's List, we requested quotations from three contractors. All three responded and we had a chance to discuss the project with each of them. J & L Contractors stood out among them, with the best references, most experience and they were ready to do the project promptly. Working with J & L was a pleasure. Anytime we needed to communicate with them, they answered promptly and handled everything professionally. J & L's work was of high quality and was completed on time. We highly recommend them."
