"I hired NV to extend my kitchen and remodel it, I am highly satisfied with their services. The team was professional. They answer all my questions on the initial consultation meeting. The architect and designer took the time to listen to my ideas and be able to design the extension and kitchen. Project manager communicated with me regularly and kept me updated on the progress of the project. The extended and remodeled kitchen looks really nice. The team paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that the final product was exactly what I had envisioned. Overall, I highly recommend this company for any kitchen extension and remodeling needs. They are professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results. "Adam Contracting did a great job. communication on new projects are key, and Adam Contracting sent daily emails and talked with us most every day. the result was a project to our satisfaction, done the way we needed."

"We hired Green Studio Builders to build a two-story addition on our home. The addition included a master bedroom suite, a kitchen, and a renovation of the existing space to match the new part. We also ended up digging the basement under the addition but have yet to finish it. We interviewed six builders for the job. Chris (owner) was by far the most realistic about time and money. Most were saying the job would take around 4 months. Chris said 6. He finished in 5. Chris does design/build. We already had architectural drawings done in advance but the first step Chris took with us was to improve them. Chris assigned us a foreman, who we had day to day contact with. The communication was great, the workers always respectful and the job site was cleaned up daily. We have two young children and we lived in the house throughout the construction. The team made sure to time the job appropriately to lessen the impact on our lives. For instance, they moved us out of the upstairs and worked up there through completion and then moved us back up there and worked downstairs. When it was time to demolish our existing kitchen we got plenty of warning as they prepped the area and worked with the cabinet makers on the delivery date to leave us as short a time as possible without a kitchen. We were amazed that we were without a kitchen for only three weeks as we have heard horror stories about kitchen renovations from our friends. Chris's team worked six days a week, every week. All of the workers are his employees with the exception of the plumber and the electrician, who were subs that he uses on a regular basis. The process was fairly seamless on our end. They worked with the county for inspections and allowed us the peace of mind to live life as (somewhat) normal for the duration. Another huge perk of GSB is that Chris's wife, Nicoletta, who also works for the company, helps with the interior design. She helped us select tile, paint, and fixtures that would match our style and she has an excellent eye. All in all, we were extremely pleased with the company, the process, and the final product! The work is top notch and we are constantly showing it off to friends (who are equally impressed). We will certainly hire GSB again when we are ready to finish our basement. Chris and Nicoletta are wonderful people and run a top notch company with excellent skills and service.

"I spoke to several general contractors and remodeling companies but was never "wowed" by their ideas nor felt like they were really listening to what Iiked and wanted. When a neighbor told me about Marks-Woods, I reached out and was immediately impressed. Greg, one of the partners and head of business development, replied back to my email and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When he arrived (5 minutes early by the way), he didnt rush into a sales pitch, but actually sat down and talked to me about my lifestyle, my house, what I like and don't like about it, my vision, etc. When it came to the walkthrough, he spent time in each space, taking measurement and photos, asking me questions, giving out ideas, sketching concepts, etc. Within a few days, his design team had put together several layout options for me and a very detail proposal. When I went back with ideas and changes, he provided updated ideas without any delay or hesitation. I really appreciate how much Greg and the Marks-Woods team cared about my project and treated it as if it was they were remodeling their own home. I can't say I've ever experienced that level of service and care before with any other home remodeling firm."

"Marc did an absolutely spectacular job in cleaning my gutters!  I've had other contractors clean my gutters but he was far more thorough than anyone I have ever had do them.  Not only that, but he showed me some other problems I hadn't noticed on my house near my gutters/windows: an ant and wasp issue, a carpenter bee issue, a bird issue, and how the developers who built my place put the absolutely cheapest gutters on my townhouse, etc.  As I woman, I really appreciated how Marc cleaned up after his work was complete, how personable he was, and how he answered my questions and explained everything fully.  I would recommend Marc at American Home Contractors to anyone, especially to another woman who is concerned about her gutters."

"Although the techs arrived late, they were very friendly and worked very diligently. Job was completed in about 3 hours. Sales person was very through and knowledgeable and while there were several sheets of sheetrock she was able to determine that her company would be able to cut and blow insulation where another company said that you could only tear the acoustic tiles down and put up insulation sheets."

"Great! All done professionally and well."

"Chose KBR because of the similarity between our condo renovation and projects they had done in the past. Presented design ideas to their designer, Sim, and found him to be very receptive and accommodating. He was able to provide excellent ideas and presented them in 3D so my wife could comprehend the concepts (versus straight line/construction drawings). He was very patient with requested changes and provided wonderful alternatives to match our design preferences. Construction team, led by construction manager Firuz and dedicated on-site construction lead technician Isaac, was outstanding. Having construction experience myself with multiple renovation projects, this crew was best ever. Never had one who shared such attention to detail and professionalism as did the KBR team. Every day, they cleaned up and left the job site immaculate. Showed respect for our space as if it were their own. Completed project on-time and within budget as promised. Highly recommend the KBR team and would rehire them in a minute!"
